As a result of the statewide coronavirus shutdown, we are empowering women to learn how to retighten their locks. It doesn't mean that you have to self-maintain continuously, but it will give you the ability to touch up your locks or at least the ones that may be comprised should you not be able to connect with your loctician. Just imagine how freeing it feels for those who can retighten their hair during the mandatory shutdown.
